Proud of their Hotel!. I must say that the employees of this Best Western Suites near Opryland TN were very proud of their Hotel. I know that this might sound like an odd comment in this day and age but it's a true compliment to them. We were greeted very nicely, check - in was efficient, the lobby was clean as a whip and our suite was perfect! The room was quite modern and the beds comfortable with great amenities like Micro/Fridges, Coffee makers, Hairdryers, Irons and Boards, and In-Room Safes. Breakfast options were fairly extensive. The front desk called our room to inquire if we needed anything the first morning there. These employees were well dressed, very professional, seemed to take their job seriously and showed true concern for their guests. We had a perfect stay.
