I LOVE IT!.
I would recommend Paychex to all my friends and associates. They do a great job and have very very good customer service. I have tried other payroll services and they don't even compare to Paychex. The best thing is I have a "payroll specialist" that takes care of my account. She is very knowledgable in payroll and can answer all of my questions. Other services aren't a "service" compared to Paychex, in fact other services have never give me an assigned person and it's been very frusterating. With other services, when I need help or have a question, I have to retell my story/situation over and over to multiple people. If you really want to outsource your payroll, there's no other option but Paychex. Lastly, my sales representative has taken very good care of me, she has even referred me to a very knowledgable accountant and has sent me many clients.
