Great Value. Our family chose this hotel to stay for four nights during the Thanksgiving holiday.

We were not disappointed. We were able to check in early, provided an excellent breakfast each morning, very attentive servers, paper, clean room with room service daily.

Great value!

Would not recommend.. Stayed here (the one with the Case Fiesta attached) for 8 nights this summer on vacation. The most pleasant employees were the housekeepers I rarely saw. Each time there was a question or an issue I received a blank expression from the young inexperienced people working the front desk and if they gave me a response it was found to be incorrect. Most of the time the young girls working there spent the evenings surfing the computer for guests and ignoring your questions.

I called twice ahead of time since my stay was lengthy and was told all equipment was working in the workout room and there was a step machine in addition to a treadmill, bike and weight machine. When we arrived we found there was no step machine, the bike was broken and while the treadmill worked it was ancient and very small and the speedometer didn't work on it. The weights were fine though. I had also called in advance and was told there was room service (which was also listed as an amenity on their home page) and there is NOT any room service. This was an important loss to me. The best part was the breakfast in the morning as you could make your own waffle and there was no one using the pool so for the 8 days it felt like we had a private pool, which was nice.

Lastly, we stayed in 2 rooms as the last night we moved to a hot tub room to wrap up the vacation. It was over the mexican restaurant and we found 2 c*ckroaches in the room. They were dead, but it was still disturbing.
