I am very pleased with HRC. I had been thinking about going to see HRC for a few months and I am very glad that I finally did!! Everyone from my consultant to my RN and Dr. Emerson treated me as an individual and answered every question that I had. I just got my 3rd round of hormones and am now off of my anti-depressant and sleep-aid (which I have been trying to ween off of for years now). I would recommend them to all of my friends and family. Thank you HRC for finally giving me the help I have been praying for!!!

The whole truth.... I have been on bio-identical hormones for over a year now and they do exactly as HRC has advertised. The other reviewers said they dealt with Andrea and were conned. Nothing could have been further from the truth in my experience. Andrea was very up front (and is not a business person, but a nurse). I didn't opt to use CareCredit, but it is a credit application. Seems that others have buyers remorse and perhaps couldn't afford the treatment. The doctors at HRC have always done a fine job of reviewing my bloodwork and adjusting my treatment as needed to be adjusted. The treatments are NOT SYNTHETIC as the other reviewer said, so they are not linked to those symptoms. I would highly recommend HRC and Andrea in particular as a trusted source for your hormone needs. By the way, I was referred there by a Tennessee doctor in another city...

I agree----Huge Scam Artists. Similar to NashAmbition, I dealt with Andrea and was conned too. She basically forced me to sign the papers during the "free consulation" that cost me several thousand dollars. I didn't really like it but decided that I would proceed because she promised me I would get all sorts of tests that I was going to have to get anyway so it might as well be done there. Of course, they never did the tests and I had to pay another Dr to do them later. Then, I had some problems with my bill (they owed me money due to an overpayment) and I called and went to the office at least 30 times over several months, but I was always told that Dr. Hale's wife was who I had to talk to and she was never available. I'd be told to leave a message and no one ever called. Every person there would promise someone would call me by the close of business that day, but it never happened. It was so frustrating dealing with them and losing so much money with no results because I so wanted the hormone replacements to work. If any of you are considering it please go somewhere else because this place is not in it to help anyone except themselves.

Scam Artists. MY BROTHER'S REVIEW OF HRC:

DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE.I went in for a consultation and filled out the paperwork, for what I was told was the "care credit" card application.I noticed Andrea was pushing me very hard to reserve dates for the procedure.I wanted to talk to my wife about the appointment first and discuss our next steps before I set anything in stone.Also, I wanted to receive a few other consultations to ensure good pricing as well as get the best doctor (and someone I was comfortable with), however, I did reserve two tentative dates in case we chose to move forward. Not even a wk later I find out that the paperwork was a contract with HRC,& if I don't have the surgery with them, I HAVE TO PAY 25% (OVER $1K) TO CANCEL!!! THIS WAS NEVER DISCLOSED TO ME.ANDREA FORCED ME TO SIGN A DOCUMENT WHEN SHE WAS IN FULL KNOWLEDGE THAT I DID NOT KNOW ALL THE CONDITIONS.When I spoke with her about the situation,she told me that I should know better and should have read the fine print! HRC will take no responsibility.
