In Short – Convenient to Music Row, Belmont University, Vanderbilt University and downtown Nashville, this lovely 1890s Italianate house is decorated with Victorian antiques. Polished wood floors, high ceilings and large windows make the space bright and airy. The inn offers three non-smoking rooms, all with large, comfy beds and elegant antiques. The Linden Room also has a Jacuzzi tub. In the mornings, guests are offered the choice of a continental or full gourmet breakfast.

Catherine and her staff are a wealth of information for anyone who would like to know the unique sites to visit and the great restaurants to eat at in Nashville. The B&B is extremely clean, and beautifuly decorated. Great located in a beautiful historic neighborhood. A great walking neighborhood as well. We walked to great restaurants and shops. We walked to downtown but may not be for everyone. We are walkers.
Breakfast was delightful and the goodies she leaves in your rooms are to look forward to upon your return in the evening. Enjoy the southern hospitality very much and we will return. A+
Southern Hospitality

I never thought I would stay at a hotel or a B & B where I would be greeted in the morning with "how do you like your eggs?" That is exactly the kind of hospitality you can expect from Catherine and the staff at the Linden Manor. Upon arriving at the B &B I was immediately invited to relax on the big wrap around porch, with my beverage of choice, while mingling with some other guests. I spent the night in the basement suite which was beautiful and sparkling clean with a gorgeous, comfy bed. In the morning, I was greeted, at my convenience, with a big smile and a delicious, home cooked meal. I received all the modern amenities one would expect from a hotel but was also blessed with the charm and hospitality that only a southern B & B, like Linden Manor, can provide. Strongly recommended!!
- Pros: hospitable staff, luxurious rooms, very clean

The website advertises a B&B with 3 rooms in a Victorian home a price of $95-135. I saw pictures of the 3 rooms on the website and they all seemed very charming, so I made a reservation. It never occured to me that I should have asked which room I was reserving. As it turned out, we arrived to check in and were escorted to a basement room, not one of the three rooms that were advertised on the website. The room we stayed in had none of the charm of the rooms on the website - it was just a very dark, small refinished room in the basement - complete with temporary paper shade on the door and a wire sticking out from the wall above the bathroom mirror where a light fixture should have been. I was terribly disappointed and won't stay there again.
