Most horrid customer service I have ever experienced. This shop does a disservice to its beautiful items and lovely setup by having the worse staff to run it. I have lived in the area for about 6 years, and periodically stop by to see what its new offerings are. I continue to buy items, but am always turned off by how rude the "shopgirls" are. They vacillate between ignoring their customers and rudely glaring at them if they take their time looking at the products. I will never buy anything or step foot in this store again.

Awesome Jewelry. A Thousand Faces is my favorite store! I just gaze adoringly at all the wonderful jewelry. The prices are usually on the high side and I wish they had more to offer in the below $50 price range but other than that it's great! There is a lot of variety in styles of jewelry. Fun home decor items, cards, and candles. It's a great place if you're looking for a gift!

This locally owned retail store in the trendy Hillsboro district features handmade work by mostly Nashville-based artists. Metal sculptures, scented candles, women's belts and earrings, artisan jewelry, and handmade greeting cards are available, as well as several pieces of contemporary furniture like the plush Puff chair and ottoman. The narrow store--a particular favorite of locals from Vanderbilt University and nearby Belmont and Green Hills neighborhoods--is popular for those looking for creative last-minute gifts.
