Would not recommend this clinic. I didn;t have an appointment to my 82 year old mother's PCP , but felt she had an respiratory infection that wasn't improving and she needed to be seen today. I took her to Harding Medical Clinic. and she sat in the waiting room coughing and obviously ill, for over a hour before the receptionist told me that her health insurance couldn't be accepted at that clinic. When I asked the receptionist why she didn't find out this information when my Mother first checked in, she stated had too many people in the clinic to check the information. There was 2 people waiting when we came in, et two more people came in after my mother came in. I did end up taking my mother to a different clinic, and they offered her water and brought her in quickly to be seen when they noted how ill she was. I would never recommend Harding Medical Clinic to anyone I know!

Very convenient and compassionate. My son has TennCare and his PCP only has appointments months out and their walk in service took ALL day to be seen. My son got ill and I called around to find a more convenient clinic. The same day I had his PCP changed to Harding Medical Center, and he was seen within the hour and treated with such great compassion, I HIGHLY recommend this clinic to anyone in need of medical care.
