The two times I have been to Tusculum Lanes I have been kicked out early. The first time, my group was told they were about to close an hour early and that we needed to leave, despite having just ordered a fresh pitcher. When we went up to pay (already disappointed about ending our night early), the cleaning staff came and pointed out that we had left our jackets and purses in their way, rather than wait a couple more minutes for us to pay and grab our things to go. The second time, they shut off our lane when we were in the middle of our second to last frame before closing time. So basically, the staff is rude and lazy. Don't be surprised if they rush you out before closing time.

Editorial Review. This renovated 24-lane bowling alley features a pro shop and an arcade. The restaurant has pizzas, burgers, beer and soda.

LETS BOWL!!. The center is a bright and colorful atmosphere to bring your family. I can't remeber how much I paid for bowling but I can tell you that the bowling center looks 110% better after the renovation. Tusculum lanes also has JENXXX pro Shop.

Better.... These are probably the best lanes I rolled on as a high school bowler - maybe because the pins fell easily. One warning, though: you have to hit high for best results. The interior is neat, but commercialized (...) to attract the family and teen crowd, so serious bowlers won't get that same atmosphere. The scoring machines are like those at Franklin, which is good, and overall the alley is much cleaner. Tusculum is owned by the same company as Franklin Lanes, so they have the same pricing specials, but on different days. Call their info line to find out before you go.

Awsome bowling. The lights, music and neon bowling balls make bowling fun again ... and the iced beer makes for a wonderful experience. Go on Tuesdays, girls are free.
