Above and beyond my expectations!. Buying a car has always been a chore that I dreaded, but Southeast Automotive made my experience the most positive purchase I've ever had. They asked me what I wanted in a car and helped me acheive MY goals in a vehicle. I purchased my car from them over 2 years ago, and have been back several times to have it serviced. Their service department is TOP NOTCH! Being a woman, I felt taken care of...NOT taken advantage of! Hats off to Southeast Automotive! Great people, great service, GREAT sales department!
GREAT sales and service!.
I have been a customer here for over 20 years. My family and I have bought 18 vehicles here over the years. My salesman who I bought my 1st Jeep from in 1993, is still there!!!! Pete and Tim, in the service dept., treat my family like their own!! Also Randy and Doug Turner are the best Jeep mechanics in Nashville!!! I never let anyone else touch my Jeep.
Also, just a note, their body shop does top-notch work.
Great Service all the way around!!!.
Wanted to drop a note and thank Pete, Knack, Bill and all the folks there. I had recently started having an issue with my Jeep. Thinking it was under warranty I took it to the local Jeep Dealership. Imagine my surprise when I was informed that they couldn't look at it for 2 days and that my warranty had expired. I brought it to Southeast and they immediately brought it in and for less than a hundred dollars had me back on the road.
I've been buying and servicing my vehicles with these folks for a long, long time. 15 years I believe!! They've always gone out of their way to take care of me and my family. From now on they'll be the ones I take it to first!
Thanks guys!!!
beware.
when i pulled up to the garage, i remembered that this was the place that tried to rip off my wife a few years back. but that's another story.
this place gives me the creeps. it took an HOUR to get the oil change done. this, while sitting in the waiting room, all by myself, no other customers. this, with most all the employees just standing around, ignoring me when i came in, and when i came back out to the garage wondering why it's taking so long. and they were still standing around, just whispering to themselves. then they tried to charge me full price when i had already given them my Groupon. when i asked the lady at the pay window why it took so long, she said they must be backed up. riiiight.... creepy!! beware!
Worst mechanics ever..... Hansen Chrysler just joined Southeast Automotive. Well as long as you have people from Southeast Automotive fix your car it might be ok but stay away from the people from Hansen. I took my car to the dealership because the battery was leaking. They were going to fix it; small issue they sad. They charged me but fixed nothing. A month later I had to go back. The staff from Hansen said that the previous mechanic had done a bad job but there was nothing they could do about it. But this time they were going to give me great service and fix the issue. The problem was even worse; again nothing fixed but of course they charged me again. They charge, don't do the work and nobody wants to take any responsibility. Recently I took my car to a smaller AAA approved dealership. Great job, no problems anymore and I paid a fifth of what Hansen charged me EACH time. I always believed in the jeep dealership for my jeep. They definitely lost my trust. Currently Jeep is struggling to stay in business. Sad or just because they screwed too many people?? I definitely suggest not to use tax payers money to keep such bad business going.
Good service for my PT Cruiser.
Note that this review is essentially identical to the one I wrote for Hansen Chrysler's service department. Since Southwest Chrysler now owns Hansen and will be using the Hansen service folks, I decided to copy that review here, too.
I needed service when my 2002 PT Cruiser stopped shifting into reverse. It's a manual transmission. My regular service people at one of the local Firestone stores said that transmissions and shift mechanisms were not in their bag of tricks. I decided to take the PT Cruiser to a Chrysler dealer some distance away, who had good reviews for service. Well, the dealership where I went diagnosed the problem but didn't have the part. They wanted me to leave the car and pay for the new shift cables up front. I didn't have a way home from Franklin and can't easily afford a rental car, so I decided to take it to to a different dealership. I had to pay $80 for the "priviledge" of waiting three hours for the diagnosis, even though I was one of the earliest people in the morning. When I got to Southeast's service department, the "old" Hansen, they had the parts and did the work in less than half a day. The total cost was $50 less than what the first dealer's service department quoted, too. Southeast/Hansen also provides a free taxi ride to work, so I didn't have to sit around and wait. Note: although Southeast Chrysler recently purchased Hansen, I was told that the same service folks will be at the same Charlotte Ave. Location. Special kudos to Pete Stobbs, who's been in the service department for years and years. He is always courteous and efficient
