Professional Service. I've relied on Glass Masters in the past for windshield replacements. Work was always top-notch.

I recommended their service to friends. My friends experiences were dissatisfying. I contacted Glass Masters to express frustration.

I was given an apology and it was explained a tech was responsible for the uncharacteristic service folks were experiencing. The resolve my friends issues without hesitation.

I chose Glass Masters to replace my daughter's windshield. The jobsite was kept clean and the windshield looks straight from the factory.

Both Brittany and Troy are reasons I will continue rely on Glass Masters.

Worst auto glass change ever!. I called initially to have someone come to my workplace to have my windshield changed. The price was the lowest I found (in this case, you get what you pay for). They did not have a technician available to meet me at work that day but the manager said that I could come to their shop the next day, make an appt and the would complete the work in around 45 minutes. He said that there was a Subway across the street, we could have lunch and then come back and my car would be finished.

I went in with my 2 young children and waited for over 2&1/2 hours! So much for the 45 minutes. The worst part was how shotty the workmanship was.

There was a large piece of paint missing beside my windshield that was not missing previously. There were holes for screws left open...the technician did not bother to relace the screws. There was only caulking to hold it in place. My vehicle comes with a strip that connects the metal and windshield. This was also not replaced. The holes and lack of connectors made my vehicle very noisy when driving >40mph. It sounds like it is pouring rain any time I exceed 40mph. When I called back the next day I was told that the connecters were likely broken and that they would order replacements. I have called multiple times over several months and still no replacements. To their credit they did send an excellent technician to my workplace to correct the poor job done initiailly named James. He did an wonderful job! If I had gone with him in the first place this review would likely be very different!

My advise is to avoid their shop at any cost, but if using their mobile service request James.

Windshield replacement and repair GREAT PRICE-GREAT SERVICE!!!. It's under new management and they offer great prices and quality service. I have used them twice and have had POSITVE experiences both times. Their price was cheaper than 3 other quotes I received from different places in Nashville. They were able to provide the service on the same day that I called them. The waiting area is nothing fancy, but who cares when your getting quality service at a great price. Jason is the new manager and he and the receptionist was very friendly and courteous. The tech. that completed the job was very professional and courteous as well. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Worked for me!. I went to the store and talked with the manager about my car (2001 Camry...I know it's not much but it's mine!) He was able to work me in and gave me a price lower than ones I'd called about. I'd gotten prices anywhere between $180 to $300 but they charged me $150. While I was waiting, we talked and apparently the store is under new management because he's new. The car looked great when it was finished and I'm drinking beer with the money I saved. Just thought I'd share this. Good service and low price works for me.

Satisfied customer. I had called numerous of other windshields shops trying to get the best low price i could get. They all kept giving me a price of $215+, when I called Glass Master they told me my windshield would cost me $170. I was amazed and kind of optimistic but hey I chose to give it a try. i liked it that they offer mobile service and that's great for me since I'm always tide up. Not so long after a technician showed up to my house and and didn't take him long for my windshield to be replace. I'm very satisfied with the service I received and the employees were great as well.

Glass Masters Avoid them. Avoid these people. I have used them twice, once for a repair that split a windshield on a simple peck and another where a windshield leaked after replacement and I had to pay to have it corrected at another Glass Company. The main problem was the rudeness of these jerks! Avoid, avoid , avoid....

bad glass!. I called at 8:30 in the morning to set up an appointment to have my glass repaired, they said they would be here mid morning. 4:30 p.m. , they NEVER came and NEVER called...I don't trust them!

Unbelievably Unproffesional. Not only did the molding of my windshield strip off on the interstate, but the glass technician broke a piece of the original molding on my Toyota truck. I have called and driven by countless times and they have failed to address the situation. I did leave the tape on the molding for the suggested amount of time, and nonetheless the molding they applied came undone. Their customer service is the worst I have ever experienced and they are rude over the phone. I have been in several times and they are always eating Mcdonald's or on the computer, and they take a long time to even speak to me. This is a cut-rate business where no one seems to care about the customer or quality of the job.
