Dreadful.
I really liked the fact that they had checklists so you knew exactly what the maids would get accomplished-- and they knew what was expected.
Problem is they clearly didn't do lots of things on the list. Either time they came. So I called the manager and politely addressed the problem. Instead of apologizing or trying to work things out , he was rude and accusatory! Customer satisfaction clearly not a high priority here.
Never again.

Great Maid Service. They have been cleaning my home for about a year now and they are doing an excellent job. If you have a problem, you call the main office and they take care of it right away and consider your issues very serious and top priority!
