Very Rude Staff!. I have bought from this store for the last year. I continued to buy there because they were very friendly however the last several times I have been in they are extremely overwhelmed and just rude to the customers. Good luck if you have a question...they seem very bothered to have to stop eating or gossiping to answer your question. Too bad...as they do have some nice name brand clothing and the prices are not bad, but I prefer customer service over bargains!

Do not waste your time consigning or shopping here. I brought really nice things in. When they started going through it, they told me that it would take two hours and that they would absolutely need me back by the end of the two hours. Or what?!! They keep my stuff? I waited and it took them 2 hours and 20 minutes. While I waited in their dingy little store. I looked around. Pack n plays were dirty, toys were sticky, clothing was stained or not clean and not nice. I thought they were going to LOVE my things. while what they chose was nice... they nick picked through the rest leaving behind name brand items, linen dresses, and nice toys. They left things wadded up in my tub. And then offered me a ridiculously low price for what they had chosen. I thought I would leave most of it but claim two things back... one of which was sentimental, the other I just felt like I could get more money for. They told me it was all or nothing!! They were rude, to say the very least.

worst experience ever. Very rude to customers. Satisfaction to customers not important. Owner very rude and allowed employees to be rude as well. When bringing my complaint to the owner, he cursed at me. Would not recommend anyone to this particular store in antioch.
