5 years later and my Buick bought at a Waller Buick competitor is still going strong, and Waller Buick is closed! That's what you get for trying to trick a serious buyer who was ready to buy your car with cash right there on the spot! We shook hands, I came in to buy with my cash ready, and the salesman tried to sneak more charges on me, and I WALKED! GLAD I DID!

glad to see them go out of business. Waller Buick went out of business because they mistreated regular customers like my father who went somewhere else after many years of going to them.

Waller Buick is a great place to buy a car. What the public does not realize is that Auto Dealers work very hard everyday. They do not try to take advantage of a consumer. I can speak personally for Waller Buick. They are good people who have been around for a very long time. They would never intentially hurt you.

buyers do your research. No, ihatecarsalesman, don't be a hater, says Truth50 Waller. Not all car salesmen are bad. I bought my car at a place in Gallatin instead of at WB, and the salesman there was decent. I won't go into detail, but in this free country I can say I was very upset by how I was treated at WB, and I am very happy with the car I got elsewhere.

People, do your research: Kelley Blue Book, Edmunds, Consumer Reports....there are endless sources on the web. Subscribe to Carfax (not Max, FAX) for a month and check out those VIN #s. Get your independent prepurchase inspection before you sign anything and if the company does not agree to that, or, worse, plays games with you, pacing in front of windows watching you and trying to charge an additional fee on top of what you shook hands on the day before, just walk. There are car dealers out there who have (I won't say no problem) but very little problem with the prebuy inspect.

Friendly , fast service... definitely not hateful. I had a good expereience at Waller Buick & don't see why one reviewer called them "hateful." I couldn't really find any huge flaws with the place when I had my car serviced there. & it's really close to downtown. Don't be a hater.

evil people who do not know how to sell cars. They engage in tired old psychological warfare, lie, con and backstab to sell you a car. No wonder they have no business.

I wouldn't recommend even buying parts.. I've dealt with Waller Buick twice in the last 3 years, both times I was disappointed. First I attempted to locate a part, was told I would be called in 3 days, 3 weeks later I ordered a part from a dealer in Huntsville, AL. They did; however, seem to be able to add me to their service mailing list.

Second time was for touch up paint, the parts personnel didn't know if it included clear-coat or if further steps would be required. The woman staffing the service area seemed far more interested in her personal conversation on the phone than she did in my request for a diagram, which I know they have because the Huntsville dealership has provided me in the past, for the part of my car I am repairing. In short, unless you absolutely NEED to deal with Waller, dont, drive to Huntsville or buy online.
