Awesome! Very pleased...wouldn't hesitate to use Churchill again. Thank you for such wonderful service. Kraig Spence was great...give him a raise! :) He even gave us his cell # to ask questions during closing which was after hours!!

As a physician, I know the importance of earning a patient's trust, especially in matters of life and death. For me, trying to figure out how to refinance our home was daunting to say the least! However, I worked with Dan Kraus, and I can emphatically say that he has earned my trust. Throughout the entire process he always took time to walk me through each step. He made this process easy and palatable. We ran into a snag with the refinance through no fault of his own, and he took the bull by the horns, took initiative, and worked on our behalf to get the job done. Because of Dan Kraus and his team, my wife and I had peace throughout the entire process. If you need someone with expert knowledge, availability, and courteous service, I highly recommend Churchill Mortgage and Dan Kraus.

I have been WOW'D by your service! Bill Elling's persistance and willingness to answer my questions via phone, and then take the application right then and there instead of referring me to an "online application" as another company had done, confirmed that I had made the right decision in contacting you when referred by a co-worker and previous happy client of yours. The other emails giving me additional information about the company and lots of contact numbers if I had any questions were also appreciated.

Our processor was a joy to work with - always going above and beyond and working long hours. And coordinating everyone and ALL of that paperwork!!

I had wondered about working with an out-of-town lender, but you have made great use of technology to make everything so very easy!! THANK YOU FOR AN AWESOME EXPERIENCE!! I will not hesitate to refer friends and family to Churchill Mortgage!

Sam Elder helped me get a refi for my house, which closed at the end of August 2012. He provided outstanding service throughout the process. He followed the Dave Ramsey principles and made sure I had the right refi product that met my needs to pay down debt. He was thorough in providing answers to my questions and he educated me and my wife on the refi process.

I have recommended Sam to one other person that I know who is trying to get a mortgage for a new house. I will continue to recommend Sam, as well as Churchill mortgage in general!

When it comes time for me to sell my house or to try another refi, I will definitely call Sam. Thanks so much for your hard work and dedication to me and my family!

HAVE CASH FOR YOUR BACK-UP PLAN- that was the only way we could close due to incompetence and non-disclosure. The local loan officer was fabulous- the problem is with the company. READ THE REVIEWS BELOW MINE. We were told we could close within 2-3 weeks. We had to write an amendment to extend our contract with seller. The local mortgage agent kept being told everything was fine from the main office. The deal went to a second underwriter..... who found a red flag with the seller (lean that was paid off). My real estate agent called Dave Ramsey (CEO)- who admitted error- but in the final hour this did not mean anything- we had 48 hours to transfer monies and get a cashier's check. We did not have enough time for another company to sell our contract.

Worst Experience with a Lender, Ever. This was my buyer's lender, and all I can say is thank goodness they are not my lender for my purchase.

Nothing unusual about my buyer's loan, and every time my realtor followed-up during the time between contract and close to make sure we were going to close on time, we got an, "Oh yes, everything is fine."

Then the business day prior to closing, they e-mailed my realtor asking for copies of contract, copies of earnest money check, etc.

Did not give a clear to close until 10:00 am the DAY of closing, which totally blew my day (I had been scheduled to go to my closing at 11, which became impossible, of course - caused me to reschedule my workday and bow out of an important meeting).

This has never happened to me before as a buyer or seller. My closing atty said Churchill frequently gets clear to close and loan paperwork to them at the last second.

I believe Dave Ramsey's endorsement of this company is totally ill-advised.

And just as info, I've never written an on-line review on any company before. I do not work in real estate, or for a bank or mortgage company.

INCOMPETENCE TO SAY THE LEAST!!!!. Avoid Patrick Collins at all costs. He will make your home buying experience an nightmare!! My wife and I have bought 4 other houses and have NEVER experienced the level of incompetence that Patrick Collins exhibited.
