Best Dealership Around. Just bought my second motorcycle from Bost. I looked around because I heard there were some good deals out there. Boswell was 2000 higher and they acted like they were doing me a favor. Cool Springs should have cars instead of motorcycles. When they got through adding on charges they were even higher. Bost was straight up just like they always have been. No hidden charges and I was treated like I was a valued customer.

They also had a good selection of motorcycles at Bost. I test rode 3 different ones before I decided which one I wanted. Before I left the store, both of the owners thanked me for my business and told me to call them if I ever had any problems or issues. I don't expect any problems but it is nice to know the owners are personally involved. You don't see that very much anymore.

I highly recommend this dealership. I have looked around and they are definitely the best.

Only dealership I will EVER be in.. This is the only Harley Davidson dealership I will ever step foot in again. I came here to warn people about the Cool Springs store, but they aren't listed, so I figured I would try to steer people in the right direction instead. The staff is extremely knowledgable, friendly and the store is very welcoming. I have never had any trouble with this store period. My husband bought our first bike here and it was a very positive experience. Our next bike came from Boswells....steer clear. As for the dealership in COOL SPRINGS....AVOID THEM. They apparently are under new ownership and are really trying to improve their shotty reputation, but make no mistake, they may be "new", but their old, untrustworth, arrogant reputation still suits them just fine!

Do Not Waste Your Time with Bost. My son bought a bike from them while he was in Afghanistan - he picked it up while he was home on 2 weeks leave - that was back in Aug 09 and at the end of Nov 09 - they have not titled the bike - and does not look like they are going to. Many other problems with them also - bike not ready when he came home, after they had the check for the bike for 2 months, bike broke down three days after he picked it up,(mechanical issus) he had to have it towed and they will not pay for the towing,and after speaking with one of the owners - there has been nothing that they are going to do to make it better. At this point they are not even returning my calls. Lots of promises to someone overseas, not any follow up.

best motorcycle dealer in Nashville. Friendly, knowledgable, generous, respectful, respectable, great scooters, great people, screw yamaha cool springs BOST (C&S) ROCKS, My wife myself and my money were treated as if we really mattered.
