I Can Remember........ I can remember when both the food and service was good. Now the food is so-so at best and the service is terrible.

It's cramped, hot, and sticky inside.

New management does NOT mean better management.

Soul food so right it's righteous.. In Short
The building is a narrow block box with wire mesh on the windows and saloon-style lettering at the front door. Ceiling fans circulate hot greasy air around the paneled room, food comes from a counter line, and all the women call everyone "Baby." Staples here include fried chicken, beef tips stew, chicken wings in gravy and chicken stew with dressing. Vegetables include sweet shoepeg corn, tangy dark collard greens and lima beans.
