They were very professional on the front end, but when I had a problem with their installation, they repeatedly ignored my pleas for help. Finally, they agreed to pay for property damage repair only to later refuse to pay. I find it hard to believe that the owner would rather suffer negative publicity than pay a repair bill to make amends with a customer.
