$220 Completely Wasted. On 7/26/12, we sent our mother to the spa for her birthday. After her services, she fell down the marble steps and she hurt her arm/side. It would have been nice if they had helped her up and attend to her. How can you let someone leave more frazzled than when they came to a spa???

The ONLY salon in Nashville. From the front desk, to the shampoo bowl, to the chair, the staff was the friendliest I've seen, and I've seen plenty. Jana was my stylist. I recieved a wash, cut, and style. She was extremely professional, wonderfully welcoming, and my hair looked the best it ever has. From the minute I arrived to the minute I walked out the door, my Kiva experience was exceptional. I highly recommend this establishment.

Best Salon in Nashville!. I have been going to Kiva Salon for 7 months and have never had a bad experience. The staff is friendly and my hairstylist, Jana, is great! I have long curly/unruly hair with a lot of gray (had gray hair since I was 16 but still not used to it yet)! Jana not only dyes and styles my hair but also makes sure it stays healthy with styling treatments. Along with treatments she also reccommends the best styling products for my hair from shampoo/conditioner to leave in products to hairspray. I like to wear my hair straight most of the time and Jana has helped me learn how to blowdry to get maxium volume while still looking sleek.

I also get my eyebrows waxed and tinted at Kiva. It makes my "look" look even better!

I would reccommend Kiva Salon and Spa to anyone!

Good experience at Kiva. I had a good experience. This was my 1st pedicure in Nashville since I moved here. The person who provided my service left me a message days later to tell me about a deal she found related to something we discussed during the pedicure. I have nothing negative to report about my Kiva experience.
