The quality of technicians are excellent. They made very clear notes about the issue and also were great about calling and me with a price in advance so that I could make arrangements for payment easily. The quality of technicians are excellent and in the long term that's worth a lot.

My wife and I have reflected many times on how good the service is, how friendly the staff is and how trustworthy they are. This is a unique combination.

Ok, this is weird.... I'm looking for someone who I can trust to come to my house and fix an appliance. Well, I found it curious how so many reviews were so close together in the dates they were published, and how they all sounded so generic. So I started tapping on each of the posters and guess what I found?! Most of them had posted reviews OF THE SAME BUSINESSES! Like they all go to the same Toyota Dealer, and all have a pool, and they all eat at the same restaurant! Come on people... This is BOGUS! How can I trust these people to come around my house and be around my children if they are being sneaky like this?

Keep up the great work. I didn’t think it was possible to have more professional delivery than the one you made to me in June, but I was wrong.
