I love 12South!. I came to 12South as a yoga beginner and have had the greatest experience! Friendly and patient instructors plus an incredibly relaxing atmosphere make the experience a joy. I always look forward to class at 12South, and I'm pretty lazy so that says a lot. My instructor (and 12South owner, Aretha) remembers everyone's name in the class and always shows genuine care and concern for the mental and physical well-being of her students. If you're looking for a yoga studio, look no further than 12South!!
