Grannys goes out of their way for the customer.. The designers at Grannys flower shop were very helpful and went out of their way to make sure I was totally satisfied with my arrangement. Great shop, great designers!

Flowers never delivered!. We ordered online and also confirmed by phone (since they never even sent a confirmation email) and yet our flowers were never sent out on Mother's Day. When we contacted them, they claimed that they had a problem with our credit card, but never attempted to call or email us. We still receive spam from this florist. There is no option for 0 stars, but that is what they deserve. Mother's day was ruined by Granny!

We attempted to contact you, but the phone number you supplied was disconnected. Your credit card was declined. We did not fill the order because we couldn't contact you. Emails were generated by Teleflora and we were unaware that they were sent. We had resigned from Teleflora prior to Mother's Day but tried to fill any orders that Teleflora faxed to us. We are a small shop and had no time to stop and send an email during the Mother's Day rush. We have an excellent reputation and would never delibertly neglect an order. We are sorry for your experience.

Granny's was Beyond Fabulous for My Daughter's Wedding.
I love, love, love Judy at Granny's Florist in 12South. I had seen her arrangements at several 12South Tour events and was exceptionally pleased when she took wedding ideas my daughter and I had to make beyond beautiful bouquets and arrangements for my daughter's Scarritt Bennett wedding and reception at Brentwood Country Club.
Even though the name is Granny's, their arrangements are current and fresh. They are original and creative. Judy is a true artist with flowers.
I highly recommend Granny's Florist. She will work with your budget to create wonderful pieces. You will not be disappointed with Judy's wonderful, personable personality or the lovely treasures she creates!

Great Service. Granny's flowers sent a wonderful floral arrangemetn for my freind's mom 100th birthday. Every one was impressed with the lovely flowers.

Best in Nashville. Judy...you provided absolutely AWESOME flowers for my daughter's wedding! Having 2 daughters get married 2 months apart...there was no one that I wanted to do the flowers except you. You are so friendly and understanding. Very helpful when trying to decide what type of flowers to use for each event. And the cost is always so reasonable...the only way to go with 2 weddings side-by-side! The arrangements in the real pumpkins were outstanding and everyone raved about them. The bouquets were beautiful and so lovely that I have dried them for keepsakes. Thank you for your smiling face, understanding when indecision is running rampant, and for always providing flowers that "WOW" everyone. In my book...you are the best in town...by far.

I don't know how you do it. But, thanks so much. You saved me. As always, you provided quick, sympathetic personal attention.

Beautiful arrangements & Great Customer Service. Well, Ms. Judy did it again! She just created the most wonderful flower arrangements for my daughter's wedding. Six years ago, she was AWESOME at my 1st daughter's wedding, so I was sure this one would be great...and it was. I have recommended her to all my friends and they have all been very pleased. Granny's Flower Shop provides very personal service, great flowers, reasonable prices, and dependable delivery/service. If you are looking for a friendly place to feel relaxed and sit with a friend to plan your daughter's wedding (or flowers for any other event) then Granny's Flower Shop is the place for you.
