Doesn't Recommend

Poor customer service equals no purchase. Drove across town in rush hour traffic to purchase a chair to go with the one I had previously purchased from Mr. T's.

After roaming the lot (paved with river stones) for quite awhile without seeing a soul, I went into one of the buildings. I looked around for over ten minutes while the

one salesperson assisted another couple.

He finally acknowledged my presence and asked me if he could answer a "quick question" and I said I needed a price on a chair. This is when he informed me that he was calling another salesperson to help but that no one would answer. He said he would help me when he was finished with the other customers. I was polite and said

"no problem."

Another 15-20 minutes went by without assistance. Not another soul on the lot to help customers. All of this in sweltering 97 degree temperatures on a rock lot. None of the buildings is air conditioned except the small office trailer where the other family and the salesperson retreated to as they left me unattended.

No other help arrived and there were no offers of a place to sit in comfort while I waited.

The long and the short of it all is that they were sorely lacking in manners, efficiency and overall customer service. There are no prices, no one to help you and absolutely no desire to sell someone a single piece of furniture, even though the one I previously purchased cost over $400.00.

I'll not recommend them nor waste my money or time there again.
