Great. They do good. BUT, if you want a better Cracker Barrel meal. Go to the Cookeville one. Of interstate 40 in Tennessee, between Knoxville and Nashville. I work there and they are actually the best. I am not just saying that. I worked for a few of them and that one is the best. I am not a manager so i don't get a bonus with how much is sold. So you know i am not going to just want you to spend money. But i hope you can trust my words

Originating in Lebanon Texas, this country store and restaurant has branched out all over the U.S. The décor includes old advertising signs, farm equipment, early kitchen appliances and photos which complement the country-style seating. Their menu includes home-style comfort foods like meatloaf and house-made mashed potatoes daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Make sure to stop into the gift shop for souvenirs and a variety of knick-knacks.

Best Breakfast. A lot of non-southerners don't know about the Cracker Barrel, but whenever I have company in town it's where I HAVE to take them. The biscuits are too die for...I like them with juts butter...lots of butter, but they will bring you all sorts of jelly. For dinner, I like the hamburger steak with their very buttery corn and pinto beans. The breakfasts though, which are served all day, are your best bet. They're guaranteed to be the freshest. Try the sampler and get a little bit of everything. They even have turkey sausage for those that don't eat pork. And you MUST get the hashbrown casserole. I could go on and on...if you go on Sundays, try the special Sunday homestyle chicken...it's also great. There's something for everyone here...you have to try it. Expect a wait of at least 20-30 minutes on weekend afternoons.

scrumptous. The Cracker Barrel has the best breakfast anywhere. You can get anything from a small breakfast, order of biscuits, to the huge country boy breakfast. If pancakes are your liking they have some good ones. And the fireplace is nice in the winter.

C-mon Nashville....The Barrel?. I agree that Cracker Barrel is a good place for breakfast but when I sign on here I'm looking for a place that I can't go to in ump-teen hundred other cities.

Just Like Your MAWMAW's. You can't beat this place for convenient Southernfood. True, the one's up North don't usually taste as good as the one's down here, but it's always a safe bet. I would eat there every day, but then I would be too fat to fit through the doors.

Can't get it right.. Cracker Barrel Has seen better days!

Started out literally with beans , they should have stuck with a good thing. Beans are held too long and taste sour. Servers stay in the weeds no matter what time of day. Need to slow down and take a look at what made them great. Portions are slipping also. Looks like a childs plate. Biscuits always cold. Cold biscuits don't fit the bill for comfort food!!!

hit or miss. I've been to Cracker Barrel countless times, and I still can't decide on this place. One thing is for sure, the hashbrown casserole is wonderful. I would plan my meals around the stuff! The biscuits and grilled catfish are good too. The other meats and sides are very hit and miss, and can tend toward the mediocre. I've never been impressed with their breakfast, besides the aforementioned casserole. Not bad, just don't expect the best meal you've ever had....

Yummy food. every time I go there they have really good food. The best part is the breakfast.
