Grossed Out by Smoking Therapist. The massage was OK but the therapist reeked of cigarettes. When I was face up and she leaned over me and exhaled I was breathing in her unpleasant breath for minutes on end. There was a general lack of class overall. If you like upscale spas, you'll probably be disappointed.

What you expect for the price~. Pictures are definately deceiving, wasn't a bad experience, but the facilities were small and cramped, the workers were talking on their cell phones, the rooms were definately not sound proof... you could hear what was going on outside and in the hallway... the person that i had... stopped the cd in the middle and was messing with the stereo. they both wore sweats, no uniforms or not even dressed up... there was a cardboard shipping box in the room i was in....it was nice, for a good price... definately not the spa setting though~ would recommed it for a quick in and out experience but not a relaxing get away~ the staff were friendly though~ and there was no wait~ just definately does not lve up to your typical resort spa

Go to Adigio instead..... I used this place a while back but when paying with a credit card, they automatically passed their service charge onto you. I decided this past week to give them another shot...but pay cash. Called only to get an answering machine on a few occassions with no call back for appointment as promise on the message. They must not want business too bad. Called Adigio and got in almost immediately...Go there instead....better vibe anyway.

Super Relaxing Experience. i get massages very frequently due to a host of physical injuries I have. Not only was I very relaxed by the session I was provided, but the therapist was very informed about my conditions and was able to better help me. I walked out feeling great. way to go and see you soon!!!

Awesome Massage!. Love the place. I was treated very well. The therapist listened to what was going on with me and adapted the session to fit my needs. I'll be going back soon!!!

Best Massage In Town!. From the time I booked my appointment, until I left, I felt completely taken care of. My therapist listened to what I needed and ensured she worked on those areas. I felt awesome after I left. The atmosphere is great and I felt at home. I'll be sure to come back and I highly recomend it!

Ron Spain is wonderful!. Ron is great. I have numerous sprains, breaks, strains and such all over and Ron puts me completely at ease rather quickly. I have yet to try the Hot Stone Massage and cannot wait. He is really easy to communicate with and is very down to earth. I highly recommend asking for Ron.

The best massage ever. I frequently receive a massage in Chattanooga, yet the one I received today at Body Conscious was the best ever! I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone seeking a relaxing, theraputic, massage in a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. All members of their staff were helpful in assisting me with my selection of the services I received.

Best Massage Anywhere!!!. I arrived in Nashville with friends in hopes of having a "spa day," but we had no appointment. My neck was stiff and everything ached. Body Conscious was the only place that accommodated our group, and I AM SO GLAD. The atmosphere was so relaxing, the three staff members were WONDERFUL, and the massages was, without question, the very best ever. For a tired, overworked, travel weary educator, finding this lovely establishment was a gift from heaven above! I will return there every time I visit Nashville. (My friend has already made an appointment for next week.)
