Customer Service To Rave About. You guys at Dury's are the real deal! As my daughter would say, "You rock my face off"... Yesterday (afternoon) I ordered a Ring Light from Robert Parks at Dury's and today it was waiting for me when I arrived at the studio. AMAZING. Thanks to you all for your exceptionally high standards, knowledge of your products, and most of all your caring and personal attitude.

Great place. Long story short . i went in after reading these reviews expecting a bunch of rude employees. What i was met with was a very helpful staff eager to help ( if i wanted it) . they have large warehouse full of just about every thing. Prices were the same or slightly lower than mail order. Bought a 77mm filter... and wanted two TTL5 wireless for Nikon. ( out of nikons hand piles of Cannon . 5 stars had they had the TTL5's for Nikon

Now days if you go in a place - consider a few things

Are you there to Buy ? or fact find so you can buy it on the net ?

What time of day are you shopping ? If the staff is busy you may have to wait your turn , no diffrent than standing in line at the bank.

Fair and poor.. The prices are great if you're buying equipment or rolls of film but the customer service is fair to poor. If you are not definitely buying a high end item they want nothing to do with you. On the developing side I've never had them done there but I know that they send their slides and black and white processing to Chromatics around the corner from them. So the two stars are just for what they have in stock only.

High-quality each time. I've used Dury's for a few years now over some other chain developers such as Motophoto and Wolf.

Dury's does a good job on developing in particular. I also use Chromatics at time, but usually just end up at Dury's. Location isn't the best, but safe. No weekend hours at this location which is frustrating at times.
