From a bygone era. This is sort of an old-fashioned "gay pride" shop filled with flags and buttons and t-shirts. I can't imagine that kids still buy these items nowadays, but the large selection of adult videos and magazines is clearly a draw. With the few gay-themed books and films now available at every mainstream bookstore and video store, Outloud seems like an icon of a long-gone era. It's kind of like watching a modern gay pride parade. It's charming, but nobody seems to know what the point is. I never really buy anything there. It's one of those places that you want to root for, but in the shadow of the new Hustler Hollywood, it just seems destined for oblivion.

Get the good gay stuff at this gift shop.. In Short
This shop offers a vast array of goods designed especially for members of the lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgendered community. There's a variety of novelty gifts, greeting cards, jewelry, decorative accessories, and a movie rental service with both mainstream movies and those with lesbian and gay themes. The vast selection of books dealing with sexuality issues remains the highlight of the store.

More. Needs more space. more room to meet others...more lesbian stuff, but a wonderful place to browse. Almost never leave w/o buying something, and the fellows are welcoming.

Chad digs this place. Great store, friendly sales people. cool place to stop by and browse around. Other Gay fiendly things to do near by, ask the sales clerk, there always eager to steer you Queer.
