cafe coco on your side ... or not. i liked this place and became a regular till i got a boot on my car at lunch when there was hardly anyone there .... the managers and waiters all say the same thing .. "we watch 3 or 4 people a day get boooted." Hello .... those are your cutomers!! those signs are made to look like pay for event parking until you go read the paragraph ... what kind of place watches people pay fines out in the parking lot connected to the building and doesn't put up big signs informing people not to park there ... the kind of place that probably gets a percentage of the fines i'll bet! yes i know pay 2 dollars like your supposed to right .. the whole thing is misleading if you ask me and if i owned the place i would make damn well sure everyone got the picture when they pulled in the lot ... or here's a thought buy more spaces for your customers ... if the situation wasn't covered by the local news because it happens so much i might not feel as strongly about it ....

great 24 hours. A few of my friends and I go here at least once every week. I was reading through some of the comments on here and I have to tell you, I've NEVER had an issue with any of the staff. Everyone has always been completely pleasant. The food is amazing as well. Where else can you get great, good-for-you food 24 hours a day? At 2 in the morning, it's either Cafe Coco or Waffle House... Another thing, about the parking, as one reviewer stated and I'll say it too, it's downtown Nashville... parking's going to be a b**ch no matter where you go for the most part so get over it. Go park on the street and walk a little, it's not that big of a deal. I've never NOT been able to park somewhere close to Cafe Coco. Also, when there are lines, it just proves it's that good and just that worth it.

Tons of Fun.....Great Atmosphere. Cafe Coco is tons of fun, the back room setup is great for gathering, and the food is delish. Cafe Coco will always be a very special place to me. I met my husband there 8 years ago last Thursday!! God Bless Cafe Coco! For those of you who complain about the parking....Here's the thing, You are in downtown Nashville and no semi large cities have very good parking. You must admit. There are plenty of Restaurants dowtown that don't have any parking options at all. Atleast Cafe Coco has 5 in the parking lot and several on the streets.

Sluggish service, oily food, and burnt toast. Do NOT go for the food there. Not only is it not fresh, e.g. they served me "fresh" fruit which was half ro* tten and looks like its sitting in the fridge for over a week, but the people who work there claimed it was fresh despite me pointing out the ro* tten parts.

Alos food is extremely oily, and gave me a really bad stomach ache afterwards. It didnot taste fresh either, so i am not sure what kind of oil they use. The cooks just smoke in the kitchen, so question of hygiene in preparing the food.

Coffee was ok, but for the price you pay, might as well go to Bongos or Starbucks and have a MUCH better experience.

And also, toast is not really that hard to make. Serving black burnt toast is just another sign that maybe they do not know what they are cooking up.

Love breakfast at Coco's. We have visited Cafe Coco twice, now. We have had good service on both occasions, and the breafast menu is great. I also love their chicken salad, yum! They were having computer difficulties the last time we ate there, but the staff handled it with grace. They kept things going in the midst of the technical glitch. We love eating on the patio.

The Services is Lacking, But The Coffee is Good. Cafe Coco can make you a great cup of joe and a descent bit of grub, but the service is lacking. The staff is often distracted by each other and they can be quite rude. The service is slow and the lines are long. However, the patio is rad and the ambiance is good. You have a very eclectic collection of people dining at Cafe Coco, so it can be a good people watching location. Oh and the parking is crappy.

Bad Service, Good food. I had been working with Cafe Coco for a month, planning a brunch for my bridesmaids. When my friends, family and I showed up, the room we were to be in was a disaster. The staff was hanging out and all were smoking so we got moved to another room after we requested it. Also, they had forgotten that we were even coming so they were short staffed and the menu I had planned with the cook didn't happen. We all didnt' get our food at the same time, so some were done eating while some were waiting on food. The food was delicious and pricing was reasonable.

Diggin' Cafe Coco. The coffee here is awesome and the night life is great in the warmer seasons. The food is'nt bad either. The have a nice front deck and a back deck too. The offer free wi-fi and there are slways all kinds of people coming in. It can be a lot of fun. The only bad thing is the staff. The customer service is sub-par and the staff is often fairly rude. Stil, I would recommend Cafe Coco for the atmosphere and the GREAT coffee.

Coolest Spot in Nashville. This is one of the first places I visited in Nashville, and it has remained a favorite ever since. Cozy and eclectic, it's a great place to find a new sound or enjoy an old favorite. I've hosted a bachelorette party there, as well as several improvised ladies nights and dates with my husband. It's also the perfect spot for an after-dinner coffee or an after concert drink. The crowd is never the same two nights in a row, and the charismatic atmosphere is something I've come to crave. This is definately a place everyone must try!

GREAT LATE NIGHT HANG OUT!. I love this cafe! its a great environment to meet up with ppl in the nashville area! theres smoking in the back so ppl can study up front with out being bothered!

its open 24/7 for those late weekend nights, and you always run into someone you know! in fact im meeting someone there tomorrow afternoon.

The food is decent, you get what you expect its a cafe that has little staff but they are awesome and you form relationships with them!

I love it and i will keep coming!

GREAT JOB COCO STAFF!
