Terrible...Terrible....Terrible!. I enrolled into college and found out we had to wear scrubs as uniforms. I have no problem with that except we are only allowed to buy them from one place.As far as the color choices go they are very good but the size options are not. Not everyone is overweight and there should be a smaller size selection.The lady at the front called me and told me my uniforms were in, i drive all the way there(which is in a bad part of town) and they have the wrong patches on them.I told her 3 times what program i was in and she still got it wrong! The weird thing is each department at school is color coded, so they should know this anyway since we have to use them exclusively! My advice is to hire new employees!

Land. Since this is the only place my organization orders from, it is really my only option for picking out scrubs and labcoats. Although they have a pretty good selection, and can order anything that they don't have, I would not shop here if I had the option of a place with better prices and quicker turnaround on orders and embroidery. They never give wait-time estimates or update you if there are problems with the order- they just say "we'll call you when it's ready." I find myself calling on a weekly basis to see if my garments are ready to be picked up or if they need more information from me.

I think you could get better service from an online retailer.

Great Place. Everytime I shop there, they are friendly and eager to help me. I often need uniforms and if they don't have it, they order it for me while I am there.

They also offer discounts to hospital employees, students and others.

Looks like they recently updated the downtown location and the Cool Springs is great for me since I work in that area.
