If you want to be tortured rent from here. If you go here to rent you WILL wait in a frustrating line for sometimes as long as an hour, and you WILL be treated like crap. You won't even be acknowledged while you are in line. It's as if you are not even there. When you finally get to the counter they will not care about you or how long you waited to give them your money. These people have no concept of customer service. Save your self some torture and rent somewhere else.
