Great Service and Friendly

Have used the service department for about two years with excellent results. Prices are at market, but oil changes are less than WalMart. I recently bought a new Liberty and was able to get a lower interest rate than other dealers had offered. I plan to return for all of my service. Their internet sales is the way to go. You can submit your information, get your approval set up, then look at the inventory. Once they see your trade the deal goes quickly.At other dealers, I have spent a half a day or longer trying to buy a car while the sales people talked non-stop on their cell phone. Here everyone was attentive and made me feel welcomed. I like the family owned business because everyone has a vested interest in your satisfaction. JS- Hendersonville.
No Customer Service At All

I now understand all the negative reviews. There is no customer service here whatsoever. Family members are the employees and are not held accountable.
Take it from a very laid back individual, it is worth the drive to another dealer in the area to be treated like a customer.
Will not use this Service Department EVER again

Took my minivan in to have an already diagnosed Front Motor mount corrected. They were going to charge me 89 to have this diagnosed. When they called back they said that some of the mounts were "soft" but didn't need to be replaced. When we insisted that they look again. All of a sudden they found the problem. Had them fix it since this is a part I can only get at the dealer. When we came to pick up the car which was corrected in a timely manner. They gave me a note saying that they ran a 16 point diagnostic on the brake lights, turn signals, wipers ect.... Which I told them was a crock to their faces as I know I took the van in with a dead brakelight (I had the already bought replacement bulb with me), They said that they would correct this and I told them that I wouldn't be bringing my van back. Pro's:attempted to make me happy and correct their mistake. Friendly.
Con's: didn't do what they said that they did and couldn't diagnose an issue that was already diagnosed.
Will only use THIS service dept!

The service dept was so good to me, they communicated by my cell each step of the way. Never made me feel like a "stupid woman" when I explained the noise my car was making! Thank you for everything! My car is running great and I appreciate all the advice and expert help!

Thanks to the guy who works in the service dept that stopped on the side of the road to help me. He ended up changing my tire then taking it to the dealership, he set me up with 4 new tires at a good price. Its like I was back in a small town family atmosphere. Thanks again
