Hello my name is Barbara.I moved to Cypress Creek Apartments in Cookeville Tn.in June.It has been quiet a change for my son and I moving from a house for so many years but was ready to scale down because of my health.I really like the apt.in general.The management keeps everything maintained and the landscaping is beautiful, but I really have a problem with the noise from the apt. above.I haven't had "MAYBE" a good nights sleep less than 10 times since I have been here.The contract states no activities that will disturb the rights,comfort or convenience to other residents from 10:00 pm.-7:00 am. No matter what time I go to bed I am awaken with extreme amount of banging,running,talking,washing and drying clothes and running in and out.This persists all night till sometimes 7:00 am.I have called the police,made written and verbal complaints and asked them personally to keep it down and nothing seems to help.The management has talked with the residents and no results.Since I am new to the area I feel I have no rights.I was not aware what I was getting into.There is some very nice people here but some are having the same issues.This is not right,I have a 14 year old son that loves to read and is very studious.He makes all "A" in school but I am afraid with no sleep at night and all the BS things will change.Can you please help with this issue? I would like to continue to live here but seems to be impossible.

bad place to live at ridgewood apts in greenbrier tn.. the managers at the apt complex are one sided they have there hole family there so if something happens there always right evan if they are wrong you are not alowed to talk to other people in your complex (well at least im not to)your small children(i have 2 one is 3yrs old and is on a ventalator at night and i have a 1yrold)and my kids are not allowed to come out of the sun to rest in the shade which is on the side of the breezeway (it is called congregating) but it is ok for the other buildings to do so just not me every building but two has chairs or swings outside there doors but me and my kid cant why is this this is because the property manager does not like me because i dont agree with her all the time are playground is crapy for the last 2 months the weeds have not been cut they are up to my hip and the grass to my knees there are dead tree lims out there and the gravel is all gone i have evan took pics.of it so what is a person to do when the whole family works in the office and a sister in the corp. office well that means that you will always b wrong!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i have been talk to other tenants(the elderly on disability) and you should hear there story my heart weeped for them because they realy have no where else to go so they are scared to speak up for fear that they would be kicked out. this about the ridgewood apt. in greenbrier tn. thanks
