Disappointed with quality of food.. We ate at O'Charley's this week. We were seated at a table closest to the kitchen while there were plenty of tables available. Prices are too high for what you receive. Rolls always taste good, but it would be nice, healthier if they offered wheat rolls as well. Ordered the italian chicken over pasta. Pasta was swimming in butter (could not even eat it), and the chicken tasted as though they had prepared it earlier in the day and just threw some tomatoes over the top. Disappointed! Waitress was vey kind and attentive. Left her a big tip esp since it is Christmas time - it wasn't her fault the food was so poorly prepared. O'Charley's needs to think "Healthy Choices".

Casual and with many choices. Friendly service. Good prices. Everyone can get whatever they want.

Suggestion: if you don't want to get fat or diabetes, say no thanks to the free hot rolls they offer. We did and our server could not believe it: "you don't want any rolls?!!!" Ha, as if no one had ever said that before.

too much fat. I love O'charlie's food! BUT...........They don't have healthy entrees. The food is delicious but is very fattening. AND unhealthy.

The California Salad is a winner. For anyone with health issues.........eat this one.

We just moved here and Tn. is # 2 in the nation in obesity! Now I know why. All the restaurants have fat content out the ying yang.

Even the cafeteria at Williamson Co. hospital. EVERYthing cooked was fried! We were dismayed. Very disappointing.

Tn. should make a serious move to eliminate obesity and get healthy!!! This is a sad state of affairs for this beautiful state.

Never Again!. I think this restaurant has the worst service in Nashville. I rather eat a microwaved dinner than experince dinner here again!

You would think having their corporate office five miles away it would be a nicer place to dine.

Awful Service. My time at O'Charley's Restaurant was an awful one. I took a date there, whom I will probably never talk to again she had such a bad time. They told me the wait would be 30, which is a long time. After waiting 45 minutes I was embarrassed and irritated. I had asked for non-smoking, and they had put me in some little table by the bar and the smoked poured in to our table it seemed, making it difficult to enjoy my food. The food took about 30 minutes to get out and my plate was very hot, probably because it was under a heating lamp in the kitchen or something. Would not recommend this Restaurant to anyone.
