Car Tronics antioch,tn. Went to cartronics in Antioch,tn; to have serveries done to my trucks; 97 gmc and 03 ford ranger. On 97 GMC had alarm system put in; wires hidden in dash; and floor lights for night done. Install was great, looks like it came from the dealer. And new radio that looks really great in dash.

The 03 ranger had wires hidden a new radio installed with blue lights installed.

It looks so good it really great to see fantastic workmanship being done. Its hard to fine good places out there. That can git the job done and right the first time. Nice people to talk to and to make sure things are right. I will be back for more services.

Thanks Again,

Greyghost

These people are shady! Beware!. I went to cartronics in Antioch to get my windows tinted. I've had my windows done there before, so I figure they are the best option. The finished product was unacceptable, including bubbles and scratches in the tint. When I called to report the issues, the employees Tyler and Daniel told me to stop by to check it out. I am very busy, as everyone is, and I was able to make the special trip. They looked at it and said give it a few days and if the bubbles are still there then they would fix it. I returned a few days later, major inconvenience, and they said they would call the tinter to see when he could come by and fix it. Mind you, this was my third trip and I still wasn't satisfied. Daniel said that he couldn't get a hold of the tinter, but that he would call me when he reached him. I never received a call back from Daniel and I just gave up, because I don't trust them not to screw me over since I am already upset with their quality and service. $220 dollars for an amatuer tint job. Thanks Cartronics! You've lost my business for good. I would never recommend them to anyone for anything. Please don't waste your time.

Fiber Optic Converter for S55 Mercedes. They were unable to obtain a converter for my Mercedes and when I requested a refund "Dillon" the manager of the Antioch store hung up on me. Charge has been contested on my AMEX card. Over the years I have done a lot of business with Cartronics but it seems that they have loss sight of what a customer really is, their life. I would recommend Circuit City or someone who really cares.
