Worst Experience Ever. Undoubtedly the worst experience ever. I arrived ten minutes early and was left waiting for over half an hour, while at least ten clients (who arrived later) were immediately taken care of. Once I finally got my stylist Breanna, she didn't really answer my questions and was hardly conversational. I asked her to TRIM my hair... she chopped off at least four or five inches. The worst part was that when she blew out my hair, she repeatedly yanked the brush through my hair. I have never had someone do this to me. I bolted as soon as she finished. As soon as I got to my car, I actually burst into tears. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Please, save yourself the time and go somewhere more professional.
