Customer Service was Awful. I took my 81 year old mother to the Wife Saver in North Augusta on 09/18/2011. We were the first customers. Here's the scene. A 50 year old woman approaches the front door with an 81 yr old who is legally blind and is using a walker. Three employees stand behind the counter watching as the two struggle to get through the doors. Not one set, but two.

Approach counter after getting 81 yr old seated. I smile, say hello. She frowns and says "this for here?" I try to give her my order but she keeps interrupting. I finally just wait for her to ask me exactly what I want. She hands me the styrofoam cups and the receipt and walks away.

We wait. About 15 minutes, order ready. Looks and smells great. Rolls are straight out the refrigerator. Go to counter. Same hateful look (from two cashiers this time). "Do you have any fresh rolls? The rolls we got were cold." She walks off, no comment, comes back with two rolls, throws them in the microwave, gets them out and hands them to me.

Every single employee that I came in contact that day was rude and unsociable. While leaving, a customer actually held the doors (both of them) and even offered to help me get my mother into the car.

I have noticed this behavior out of the cashiers on the last three visits to the restaurant (the food is good). But, I think I'm done with it. I cannot stand dealing with employees who act like they are doing you a favor just by looking at you.

"Don't forget the 'nana puddin'!". The best chicken strips & honey mustard, fried okra, you have to try the banana pudding if you haven't.
