Customer service.
Well today was the first time I tried this place since I heard good things about it but very unfortunately they really need to work on there customer service skills unless they are racial/ethic
profiling.
I just wore a work jacket and jeans no hat, walk in, wait a bit then I get greeted like this, "Do you need something?" in an impatient disrespectful WHAT YOU WANT! attitude. I'm Asian/ White and a Chicagoan. The customer in front of me was greeted better than I was and he's white, so I would say profiling.
The funny thing I did do was act courteous anyways but should have walked out, with my "please, thanks" words i got no welcome or thank you back, just got blatantly ignored.
SO if you are from the NORTH/ASIAN/HISPANIC/EUROPEAN this is the likely chance how you will be treated. I ordered an Italian sub, it was ok not the greatest fyi and costs $5.45, bit expensive for a small sub unless taxes was $1.20 added to it.
