Great Place. They are the best in the area. I took my car in for an alignment. Instead of doing the alignment as I asked they first asked me if I was having any problems with the car. I explained what it was doing, the car was shaking. The manager drove my car and then just balanced my tires. It cost less than an the alignment I originally wanted and fixed my problem. If he did not take the time to talk to me and drive my car I would have work done I did not need and spent more money.

Fixed my Problem for $30. My 1999, Ford Taurus was riding really rough. They put it on a machine and told me I had a "misfire". Checking it out further they told one of my spark plugs was bad. They replaced it, test drove it and only charged me $30 and the car is running great.

Thank you for not taking advantage of me.

Finally, a mechanic who can fix my car.. I took my car to 2 other shops in town and neither one of them was able to tell me why it was running bad. I took it to Checker Lube and it turned out that I had a bad coil. They had me back on the road in less than an hour. Their prices are great and the best mechanics in town.

Great service. I was recommended to go to Checker Lube by a friend of mine when my car was running bad.

The manager had the problem diagnosed and gave me a price to fix it. When he was done the price was lower then quoted because he found the part somewhere else cheaper. That was about 5 years ago and I have gone there ever since.

I would recommend them.

Always Been Good To Me. I come back to Checker Lube for my services. I was taking a trip to Jeckyl Island and they noticed a nail in my tire and were able to fix it right away. Been going there for 8 years and always found them to be friendly and knowledgeable.

I have never been treated this badly. They destroyed their roll up door driving my van out of the oil changing bay. My truck was covered in glass and my ladder holder on top of the truck was bent. I went to talk to the manager about the glass that was everywhere, and the fact that they put the wrong oil in my truck. I was treated like it was my fault, they were rude and obnoxious. The manager needs to learn who the customer is and realize that without us they will not be in business. All he had to do was say sorry and clean up the glass. I will tell everyone that I know how I was treated, and the terrible service I received.

Very Disappointed. Upon taking my car to this Checker Lube for a tune up, I was treated rudely when dropping my car off. Only 5 minutes after leaving, I received a phone call from one of the technicians there telling me that he had locked my keys in my car. He acted as if it was my fault he had locked my keys in the car....ok....so now he's going to call me when they are finished with my car. Three and a half hours pass, no phone call. So, I decide to call and make sure that they have in fact been able to retrieve my keys from the car and complete the tune-up. "Oh yeah, it's done," was the response I got before having a phone slammed down in my ear. So, I went to pick my car up and pay for the services that were rendered, and once again I was treated very rudely. A paper was shoved in my face and I was told to "sign this".....after telling the gentleman that the pen he provided wouldn't write I was told to "write harder"......so, finally, after getting another pen, I signed the paper and asked for my keys. Again, I got a smart response, "look in the car, they're in the car". I would not recommend this company to ANYONE!!!!! I was very dissatisfied with the service that I received and the way that I was treated. Not to mention that I now have a window that was pried open to get keys out that they locked in that I will have to pay to repair.
