Best value for my money and nice people in the office. Great neighbors are a plus.. This is my second year here after a disasterous year at another complex. The best thing I think is my neighbors all look out for you- even strangers. We're from all over so it's nice to have people to count on away from home. The guys that work here are way cool and always friendly even when they don't have to be. Cheap rent and I can walk to class. It's a good place to live.…
