better then before. I have come here on and off for a long time, a while back I stopped coming because the quality of the place had went down hill.

Then I seen it was under new management. I stopped in several times over the summer and there was a huge change. it was bright and clean and the girls working over the summer were great.

I am a little disappointed that over the past several weeks things have changed. The staff has changed a little and the new girls need a lesson in being friendly! I either get a cold greeting where I get the impression I am bothering them or no greeting at all, as there is no one at the desk when I come in, and I am left standing there for several minutes waiting for someone to emerge from a back office. There is one girl, extremely knowledgable, friendly, and just all round what they need there. But she is only there like 2 days a week now.

I think if they steped up the knowledge of the equipment and products, and had some training on customer service, this place would be the best around. They are also offering spray tanning now finally,and rumor has it they are going to open on Sundays!!

Rundown. Tanmasters once was an awesome place to go tanning. Now it is rundown & outdated with old beds that never seem to have new bulbs. There is often a note on the door saying they'll be back later or are closed for the day. The phone number rarely works. Very unreliable. The front lobby area is freezing, they seem to be using the tanning beds to heat the place ! The beds also are freezing until they warm up for a few minutes. Seems this place is barely hanging on. I've been going there occasionally for over 10 years and will now go elsewhere.

Love this place. I love going here. I go about 2 times a month and they still know me by name. They are very good with customer service and take the time to let you know know how long they feel you should go in for. If you complete the sheet properly without lying and let them chose the time for you, you won't get burned and will get a lovely, NATURAL looking tan.

For $50 you get 10 visits so it is also extremely affordable. I would highly recommended it!

DARK AND UNFRIENDLY. My bed wasn't clean, they burned my friend, and they were totally rude! I do NOT recommend here!!!!
