HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I dropped a coat of in 2009....a $180.00 coat....I was told 3 days and it would be done.....by the end of winter is was not done.

Early fall I try to pick my coat up....no one is there...store says closed....left several messages on the answering machine and no one calls back. I contacted the BBB and got a response and the owner called me and told e to come pick my coat up the next day. I went, and guess what....THEY WERE CLOSED>>>>OUT OF BUSINESS> I paid $50.00 upfront for my alterations, and lost a $180.00 coat. The BBB says they can't do anything about stores that go out of business....anyone know what to do?
