Terrible service extortionists. I found better quailty and cheaper at another store. I called to cancel order they said okay. 3 days later after buying got call they are going to charge 20% restocking fee on custom order. This was not a custom order it was off their sales floor. Told even the pillows were not custom and would be available quicker since they were not
