excellent for years. my wife and i have been going to Baci's and their english pub underneath, heart of the oak, for years and have never once been disappointed. the service is attentive, food excellent and the atmosphere understated. overall, i would recommend this to anyone looking for great italian, or in the case or the pub, great english food.

for the beer drinker, the pub has quite a few english favorites on tab.

Awful service, selection, and food. Baci was a complete rip off! The wine selection was extremely overpriced, the dinner specials changed by the time the second waiter came to us (which was about 20 minutes after we finally got our drinks), and the very expensive food was very blah! Most of our dishes were missing key ingredients- usually the reason why we ordered the dish in the first place, for example, salads missing blue cheese crumbles and dinners missing shrimp and sun-dried tomatoes! Portions were inadequate and presentation was poor. DO NOT EAT HERE!
