BEST SPA PLACE. Bob's Intowne Spas is by far the best place to buy/service your spa. The lady that answers the phone, I think it's the same one in the service department, is always very polite and is very knowledgeable. Not really sure what the other reviews are talking about with her being rude. Maybe she just gave them a response that they didnt want to hear. I will keep buying me chemicals and having my spa serviced by Bobs. When I need a new one I will definitely go back to Bobs!!!…
Fabulous. I have never had a bad experience when calling into Bobs Intowne Spas. They have been wonderful whether I had chemical questions or if I needed service. The girl in service definitely knows what she is doing. She is very helpful and polite. Keep up the good work!!!!!…

You Have To Go To This Place. I love going here for everything for my spa. Alicia is always so helpful. She tries to help me out before sending a service technician out. They are so wonderful, plus they have free popcorn :)
