Even before we spoke, I heard every word of her yelling at another customer. Nevertheless, I didn't know the situation and didn't want to judge. Then when I spoke with her, I realized that she has a short fuse and is like this with everyone!! I'm so glad I found out her total lack of respect for customers within 2 minutes of our conversation. I agree with other reviewer and would travel an hour away for better service!
Rudest People I ever had to deal with.
This individual at Longs is by far the rudest person I have ever dealt with. They need to understand the simple Customer Concept "customer is always right" we are what keeps them in business and that 1 bad experience with customer service.. the word spreads. Needless to say, I am willing to travel an hour away to pick up a cake rather than dealing with these people. I would not recommend this bakery for anything - they need a class in customer service skills.
