What a Joke. So I decided o upgrade my fireplace. I went to Fireplace city and decided to go for it. I was told work would take about 1 week and would start the Second week in Feb. 2010. They started a month late and only work at my place 1 day a week. I'm never told when they will be there and when they won't. This place is terrible to deal with. Unprofessional on all levels. Oh yeah, they ruined my carpet and so far refuse to acknowalge it even though I asked several times what they are going to do about it. Find another fireplace store for your fireplace, stove and awning needs. They are not worth it.
