Never goin back.
I WAS a good customer of Barbatos. I emphasize "WAS". I took my mom and son to their buffet. It was before 12:45 (they advertise open til 1:30pm) and the buffet food was old and cold food. We were going to leave when the manager came out and promised new food. We stayed and got virtually no new food. I had to eat crunchy noodles. They wouldn't forgive the bill (or any part of it). In addition, the tables were ALL dirty so we had to look at other peoples' half eaten food throughout our meal. The manager had the audacity to scream at me when I went to complain. They can keep their food. My Dad's has just as good subs and better wings than this place. I USED to order at least three times a month from Barbatos. What really burns me is I was a really good customer, and they would treat a regular customer this way? I'll NEVER be back!
