I called this company after seeing so many rave reviews, and personally spoke with Tom. Our conversation lasted about 20 minutes and I prefaced it with giving him my budget for the evening. I know now why this company has been in business for so long, they honestly care about their customers and the experience that they can add to a special day is priceless. Needless to say, I am extremely excited to celebrate my 30th birthday next month with Crystal Limo Service there start to finish!

I'm so glad we found this company! We used their transportation services last minute and they we great with booking us and kept to their word. We were hesitant that their prices and service would be to good to be true but they were honest, on time and fun to drive with! They saved our event day and made it a relaxing and reliable time! I would recommend Crystal Limo to anyone.

This is by far the best and most affordable limo company in Pittsburgh. I have booked a limo 4 times now with Crystal Limousine. I have had an outstanding experience with them every time. They are always on time and the drivers are the nicest people you could meet and are extremely eager to please. Every time I go to get quotes for limo service, Crystal is at least a few hundred dollars cheaper than every other limo company in the area. Also when you book with Crystal you deal directly with the owner Tom. Tom is a great guy and after talking with him you know how much pride he has in his business.

Last week I decided to rent a limo for my mom's birthday. The idea came to me at the last minute so I frantically called around for rates only to find that renting a limo was likely out of my budget. Then three days before her special day I was driving down 19 and saw a sign for what seemed like a really good limo deal. I called the number on the sign (931-LIMo) and Tom explained that the deal was for groups of 12 or more. I thanked him for his time and with a sad voice said, maybe some other time. He either heard my desperation or wanted to make a sale. Either way he offered me a deal even though I only had 5 people. I was able to rent a limo and pick my mom up on her birthday which was a total surprise to her. The driver showed up 15 minutes before his scheduled time and was very courteous. The bar was stocked with vintage looking glass decanters which I thought was charming. I was a little disappointed that our sunroof couldn't open and that we forgot to bring our own CDs. The radio didn't get very good reception. Other than that, Everything was great. We had a shiny white limo. It was very clean and did not smell fishy or smoky (like other reviews mentioned) and let me tell you I have an obsessive nose that knows. The driver took us all over the city (including a trip for us to play pin the tail on the donkey under Kaufmanns Clock) and was always close by to pick us up in between destinations. The most important thing is that my mom felt very special :-) Thanks Tom, for hooking me up at the last minute!!!

The best Limo Service in Pittsburgh, Pa. I did not have to check around for a Limo service....I had many friends tell me to call Crystal Limousine LLC, on Rochester Road and let them know what I needed. They were so kind and attentive to my needs and the cusotmer service is OUT OF THIS WORLD! Nice people, nice business and nice experience. I More than highly recommended these folks, they are fantastic. RUN, DON'T WALK to CRYSTAL LIMOUSINE LLC.

Fantastic!. My boyfriend and I booked a car to take us to a Penguin game. It was one of the biggest games of the year so we wanted to make sure everything went perfectly. I called and spoke to Tom. He answered every question I had and was helpful and funny. The night of the game, our limo arrived right on time. Kevin was our driver. He was professional, funny, personable and basically everything you could ask for in a driver! He dropped us off right at the door and was there waiting for us as soon as we walked outside. He even got us away from the crazy Flyers fans quickly ;) I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a great limo service for a special occasion. I know we will never go to another Pens game without them!

Excellent Limo and Service. I scheduled a special evening on the town with and for my grown daughters. I called, per their website instructions and the owner was awesome, made everything very easy! Our driver was just as awesome and gave exceptional service! He showed us the sights of downtown Pittsburgh, made sure we made our dinner reservations and stayed in contact. AWESOME and I would definitely use them again! Thank you to their team!

RESCUED BY CRYSTAL LIMOUSINE. I was at Crystal Limousine's office making a deposit for our upcoming birthday bash when a call came in from a frantic bride. She had a limo reserved with another company & she got the call 2 days before

her wedding that they were not going to do the wedding.. TWO days before . She was so upset I could hear some of what she said.. My business with Tom was finished but I wanted to see how this worked out. He knew how important this was to her . He told her to hold on. He said all the limos were booked that day but he would do everything he could to help her . she needed an answer right away. He immediately checked the reservations . He had her on hold while he called a few customers who had a reservation that day & explained the situation. He asked them if they could change their time slot a little to make it possible to do her wedding, but he would understand if they couldn't or wouldn't.. He said they were happy to do so (especially since it was for a wedding.) Tom said they were doing dinner & nite out. so had some leeway I heard him give them extra free limo time & champagne for being so nice & understanding. Even tho I couldnt hear everything the bride said I could tell by Tom's words that she was grateful beyond words. I wasn't surprised by his actions & confirmed my opinion of this company.. we used Crystal several times & always happy with the service & all the goodies they offer like passes to clubs & driver knows where & what the specials are . Besides-- free limo bar Saves us $$$ . almost pays for itself .

Best in the burgh!. Crystal has been nothing less than amazing the past 10 years I've done business with them. Does anyone really think that after a limousine company has been in the business for over 20 years that it would still be surviving after all the "bad" experiences people have been posting? Think about, there has been over dozens of limousine companies in Pittsburgh that have gone under and after 20 years Crystal is still going strong! Did it ever occur to anyone that all these negative reviews are competing companies trying to make Crystal look bad? Clearly.

I will never do business with anyone other than Crystal because they simply satisfy!

50th Birthday surprise!. I utilized Crystal Limosines for my husband's 50th birthday as a surprise. Tom was wonderful in assisting me with the planning, and our driver Randy was pleasant and professional. The car itself was brand new and beautifully detailed. This truly was a wonderful addition to the birthday celebration. I would not hesitate to use this service again!
