Rude before I even walked in the door!. I just got engaged and wanted a few appraisals for insurance purposes. I gave LS Jewelers a call, and the man was incredibly rude. I asked if they did appraisals and he says "what for". I stated it was a diamond ring, that it was new, and he proceeds to say "why would you ever buy a ring and not have it appraised from where if was purchased?" He didn't ask this question nicely, but was EXTREMELY rude about it. I stated that it was a gift and I wanted appraisals for insurance purposes, but that it didn't matter because they would not be receiving my services anyways. Too bad for them, I had 2 friends who are looking to get a few pieces appraised and want my opinion. I will be telling them where NOT to go!

Honest Service. I first came to the store on small business and was greeted by Michael as soon as I walk in, that day he took care of me in a very professional way and answer all of my questions. They also clean my wedding band for free, few months later my husband and I decided to upgrade the diamond in my engagement ring and when he mention us going to a bigger more well known store I remember the mom & pa store that had taken care of me with such attention and I'm glad I did, Alexis and her father did a wonderful job at sitting me down and explaining the process and decision of picking the right stone for me at the end I walked away with a beautiful ring that I love wearing. Thank you so much and I truly recommend this store to any one.

Don't shop here. Stopped in about getting my engagement ring reset. I was rudely asked if I had purchased the ring there. (ring is 25 years old, the jeweler where it was purchased is no longer in business) When I said that it was not I was rudely told that their jeweler was busy through January with their customers jewelery. Well they just lost a customer and I will be sure to tell everyone that I know just how they treat potential customers.

"Mom & Pop" type jewelery store. Didn't know much about jewelery but they were very helpful in getting me exactly what I wanted. I had a diamond I wanted put in another setting with other diamonds and they gave me exactly what I wanted. They gave me a quality engagement ring, that matched high standards I had looked up on the internet. I also got my wedding band here, lost it on the honeymoon, and they sold me a replacement at a discount. The replacement had a small pock mark in it that I noticed a few weeks later, and I finally got around to returning it (4 months later!) and they replaced it immediately. Every time we go in there, they thoroughly inspect and clean my wife's rings (1 of which we did not buy here) for free. Very friendly and extremely helpful. Good prices and high quality. They seem to really care about their product and their customers.
