Tips for Ken Dwyer Income Tax Service

Many mistakes, poor customer service, high price. My wife and I discovered basic errors in our tax Fed form while we were at the office which were corrected. Then after they were submitted we noticed addional errors on the State and Local. When we brought this to their attention the receptionist was rude and we were not contacted promtly to resolve the issue. We paid $180 for this poor service.
