Best place in the Airport Area. I lived at Sharon Park a few years ago and I can say it was a great place to live. It is a quiet secluded place off of the beaten path. The rent was reasonable when I was there and if you have a problelm paying the rent the maybe you should blame yourself not the management. You signed a lease you knew what your were getting into before you moved in.

The staff was very friendly, maintenance was done quickly and I lived in a lower apartment and did not have any problems with my heat and in the summer is was wonderful to be able to walk out of my apartment onto the well maintain grounds (and pool) it was the best backyard I ever had.

The only reason I moved from Sharon Park was my employement relocated me and Management worked with me when I had to move in the middle of my lease term. I have suggested Sharon Park Apartments to friends and aquaintances. If I move back to the area again I would not look anywhere else to live.

Great place to live. I was reading the other review on this apt. complex, and I couldn't disagree more with it, I had a great experience living at Sharon Park Apartments, I lived there for 4 years, the management was wonderful, the maintenance was always done in a timely manner, and it is apartment living so you would expect that you could hear the neighbors above at times, and of course gas is at an all time high so you would expect the heat to be higher now, but it is the same or less than friends of mine who live in complexes in Moon Township. I would recommend Sharon Park Apartments to anyone who is looking for a nice, family friendly place to live.

noise cutting you slack. This place has poor insulation. The people above us sound like elephants! If you're looking for peace and serenity, AVOID SHARON PARK APARTMENTS! Also, if you're having financial problems or difficulty paying your rent, don't expect them to show you any compassion, you're locked in for the duration of the lease. It is freezing in the winter in the bottom apartments until May and the gas bill will eat you alive! The should rename this place the Ebenezer Scrooge Dungeon Apartments. This place stinks! The noise above us is deafening! Don't even consider renting here!
